When you focus on the first, the messages constantly activate the stress response in your body because you are constantly telling your body that there is something dangerous happening in your life. You also are focused in a ‘doing’ frame of mind.

When you focus on the second, you allow your body to be in a state of being, which amplifies its ability to heal and to be in alignment with the actions needed to open your fertility.

Switching from one mind focus to the other does take some perseverance because after all, dealing with challenges to building your family is emotional — and stressful.
